Stokes United Recreation relies 100% on volunteers to coach, no experience needed, their primary role is to create a fun, safe, family friendly environment for the players. We provide everything you need for a successful seasonHead Coaches 1st child registration fee will be reimburse after completion of Risk Management and Safe Sports. (only 1 per team)
In order to create a safe environment NCYSA requires all volunteers working with children to complete a background check and Risk Management.
How to become a Coach:
Login at the
StokesunitedFC.com website, go to
My account ->
Volunteer->
Find volunteer rolls->select your programs and ages and you will see the page below. Select one and fill out the info, you will then receive and email with a link to Risk Management and Safe sports background check.
After clicking the link in the email (
https://bit.ly/NCYSARM ) fill out the information as an adult participant.
This will register you, and you will have to click the email link to continue (
https://nc.sinchq.com/rm/risk management.aspx )
If this is your first time coaching with us you will have to sign up as an Adult Participant. There are about 3 pages of info to fill out for the background check here. Once this part is complete it will be saved and you will not have to do this again.
On the 4th and last page of the risk management are instructions about the Safe Sports class (please download your certificate once you complete the class) The area to upload your certificate once you complete the class is also on that 4th page.
